A: While there are a lot of variables to consider here, our goal is to provide you with the best customer service available. We strive to provide you with the quickest shipping service. If you need an item quickly, please let us know ahead of time so that we can invoice you with various shipping options that will get your item to you more quickly. A: For time sensitive shipments, please contact us first and let us know ahead of time. RUSH service is available for an additional cost. This cost will depend on shipping. We can provide you with a shipping estimate. For custom embroidered or monogram items, please let us know if you would like to add RUSH service to your order. An additional fee of $15 will be added to your order and we will update your invoice accordingly. Orders received and paid for by 1:00 pm EST Monday through Saturday are considered placed that day. **Please note that delivery times still apply, and the rush service only speeds up order processing** We can add RUSH shipping also which we can give you a quote for as well. Sweet Southern Boutique proudly stands behind our collection of top-quality brands and products. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
*In Store Returns/exchanges must occur within 14 days from the purchase date in order to receive a full refund.
*Items Returned may be issued a credit for the current sale / clearance price.
*Sale Prices may not be applied to previously purchased merchandise.
*Merchandise must not have been worn, altered, or washed – and all tags must be attached.
*For web orders, Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. All web orders must be returned within 5 days of delivery of the merchandise. We will utilize the tracking information to determine delivery date of merchandise. You must pay for shipping to return the product.
*SALE / CLEARANCE ITEMS Return Policy -- SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded. If returned, those items will be accepted for store credit or size exchange only. NO REFUNDS.
The following merchandise is non-refundable and cannot be returned:
*Clearance items, Special order items, Personalized items, Toys, Seasonal Merchandise (within 6 weeks of the holiday) and Special Occasion merchandise.

A: We would be happy to ship your item to a gift recipient! All of our items are professionally packaged and ready for gift giving. Upon request, I can even enclose a complimentary gift note to your recipient from you. You will be charged a separate s/h fee for items being shipped to multiple addresses. At this time, we do not offer wholesale prices. Our items are handmade and I am only one person who can not make enough items to sell wholesale. I also can not afford to lower my prices. They are very competitive compared to other boutiques. Thank you for your interest but I have chosen not to give wholesale pricing at this time.
